Pegasus Engineering is a leading Structural Steel Fabricator and Erector based in Hornby, Christchurch. We are 100% locally owned and operated.   Pegasus conducts operations throughout the greater South Island from Nelson through to Invercargill with specialised projects taking us as far afield as Fiji and Antarctic.

Our current location is a purpose built workshop spread over three buildings with a combined area of 2250 square metres housing three large gantry cranes.  Adjoining the workshop is an additional 3000 square metres of yard space home to our impressive fleet of vehicles which are essential for the reliability and flexibility required for major projects

Our company has progressively grown with a focus on commercial orientated contracts such as the Otago Stadium and the Christchurch Civic Centre.  In addition to our commercial contracts we have on-going work for major housing companies supplying house beams, lintels and site welding. 

We have positioned ourselves as major structural steel fabricators in the South Island market being competitive on service, quality and price.

Pegasus Engineering will be on the move and relocating to Izone Business Park, Rolleston in late 2012.   

The opening of a new and improved workshop will coincide with our 25th anniversary of current ownership.
