| Gloucester Tower: Christchurch | Steel - Approx 780t,
This is one of biggest jobs undertaken by Pegasus. Fabrication of steel commenced in June 07 with the first frames delivered 20 August to site and the first 6 floors completed by 13 September. Expected completion of the structural steel is February 08.
| Tegel Rebuild: Christchurch | Approx 130t structural steel, and approx 60t of ancillary steel to support the plant within the ceiling void, stairs, etc
This was a re-build of a fire damaged building in Hornby. Site works commenced in June 07 and completed in August 07. This was a tight timeframe to meet Tegel’s re-opening of their processing plant.

This was the expansion of existing 10 lane forecourt canopy. It involved the removal of existing canopy, the addition of new columns and installation of new larger canopy. The Station remained open throughout the programme – the close working relationship with BP, and the contractor ensured public & site staff safety. The canopy was assembled on the ground at an adjacent site and lifted into position to minimize closure of station. Steel - approx 80t. Project commenced on site May 07. The architecturally designed structural steel geometry is due for completion Sept 07.
Steel - approx 60t. This extension to the existing warehouse and addition of multi level carpark, included the fabrication of curved carpark ramp. This multi stage development is not due for completion until Feb 08.
